High stress levels will undermine immune system health. Take advantage of bBlood Type B’s natural ability to relive stress through Meditation or GuidedImagery. Of all the Meditation Techniques, “T.M.” or TranscendentalMeditation, has been the most thoroughly studied for it’s antistress effects.
Evidence indicates that Cortisol decreases during Meditation especially forlong term practitioners and remains somewhat lower after Meditation. Setaside 20 to 30 minutes every day to Meditate.
