GENERAL INFORMATION & GUIDELINES
The task is to design three architectural objects / public use buildings on three virtual sites. Plots differ in scale and position within the public space of the city's main square. The first one is a corner plot and is the largerst among al three, the second is a frontage plot, the third one is a corner plot and it is the smal est one. They are al edged with the existing buildings.
− library− fashion store & show centre− town house to be attributed to each plot according to personal choice.
Projects elaborated on the plots No. 1 (free hand drawing) and No. 2 (any contrast permanent technique) shal be presented on 50 cm x 70 cm boards including: − situation 1:500− plans: 1:200− sections 1:200 (at least two)− views 1:200− axonometry or freehand perspective drawing (one 50 cm x 70 cm board) Description (2 pages) regarding the urban context, accessibility, use, and architectural form shal make part of the excercise No. 2 Project No. 3 shal be elaborated and presented as a model (1:200, white) all materials (.dwg .max .pdf) are available here:
