We will have a private luxury coach bus and the services of a licensed tour guide. The Basic Cost includes the following PRE-PAID non-optional items per person: Tips for the Tour Guide & Bus Driver in Israel = $100 Trip Cancellation & Interruption Insurance = $150 (not refundable once purchased) Bus to & from M’kor Shalom – Airport & tips to these drivers = $40 (this cost has been “averaged” for all expected participants and there will not be any discount if you choose not to use this transportation.) Airport taxes = $80; Fuel Charge $200 The Basic Cost does NOT include: Personal expenses, Lunches (except as noted), tips to hotel staff, side trips, and other optional activities, etc. Suggested tipping: Porter: 50¢ per bag per person. Wait staff: $1.50 per person (dinner). Chamber maid: $1.00 per person per day. Payment is due as follows: Deposit #1 due with reservation= $1000 (This is on a first-come-first-served basis for up to 40 participants / if over 40 participants pay the deposit a wait list will be started until there are enough participants to run a second bus in Israel – subject to air and hotel availability – there is no guarantee that there will be a second bus) Deposit #2 due April 30, 2010 = $1500 Balance due August 15, 2010 = $1035 members / $1285 non members / plus $560 for single room Credit cards cannot be accepted; checks should be made payable to Congregation M’kor Shalom Cancellation Provisions: (tripmate.com/wp365G/ for our travel insurance.) Trip Cancellation & Interruption Insurance: If, at any time after the insurance is purchased, you need to cancel due to any of the provisions outlined in the travel insurance policy, you will need to contact, directly, the insurance company for any applicable refund. In all cases $200 is non refundable and not covered by insurance.
