Eliot Walker practices complex civil litigation. Eliot has significant expertise in case strategy, targeted motion practice, and creative problem solving. His experience spans multiple substantive practice areas. Eliot began his career at Dechert LLP, where he represented pharmaceutical companies in multidistrict and other consolidated litigation. While at Dechert LLP, Eliot was a key member of AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals’ legal team in nationwide litigation concerning Seroquel – prevailing on Daubert and summary judgment motions that defeated the lead bellwether plaintiffs’ cases. Upon moving to Dallas, Eliot joined the financial services litigation practice group of Kane Russell Coleman & Logan PC, where he represented financial institutions in complex litigation. Most recently, Eliot represented Comerica Bank in a federal class action consolidated in multidistrict proceedings in Florida, where he oversaw an innovative and cost-saving “predictive coding” discovery protocol, among other successes. At SKIERMONT PUCKETT LLP, Eliot represents clients in all types of complex litigation, including patent and commercial litigation. Eliot has experience in all phases of litigation, from initial pleadings through discovery, trial, and appeals. Eliot is also an active member of the Dallas legal community, where the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers (DAYL) recently recognized him as “One to Watch.” Eliot is a Steering Committee member of DAYL’s 2012 Leadership Class, a co-Chair of DAYL’s Animal Welfare Committee, and a member of the Dallas Asian American Bar Association.

Resolved discovery dispute concerning the costly mass-production of electronically stored information through implementation of a computer-assisted "predictive coding" document review protocol. In re Seroquel Products Liability Litigation (MDL 1769) (District of Massachusetts; MDL Middle District of Florida) Represented AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals against product liability claims concerning the atypical antipsychotic Seroquel. Successfully obtained defense summary judgment on the lead bellwether plaintiff's case, where the court ruled that plaintiff's expert failed to employ a scientifically reliable methodology to establish medical causation. Unishippers Global Logistics v. DHL Express (District of Utah) Represented DHL Express in breach of contract litigation, serving as member of DHL’s trial team during two-week federal jury trial. DHL Express (District of Utah), where his responsibilities spanned all aspects of pre-trial discovery and motion practice. McWilliams v.
